Since September 2017 we have started to dispatch our products directly from India. This is because we want to support the local economy and limit our carbon footprint.
Our dispatch unit in Bangalore is run by the unflappable Rosario ‘Rose’, aka Nirmala’s Dad. Rose is our man on the ground helping us with all sorts of errands, and is often seen on his trusty moped on his way to the post office with Secret Pillows!
Rose is retired and generously volunteers his time to help us unfold women’s power in India.
Orders are usually taken to the Post Office once a week, so if you are in a great hurry to receive your order, please let us know by adding a note when you check out or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Products sent from our Indian dispatch unit to an Indian address
Orders being sent from our dispatch unit in India are sent by India Post. They offer a full tracking service and the tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been sent. India Post estimates the following delivery times:
- 2-4 days for delivery between Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengalaru)
- 2-6 days for delivery within Karnataka
- 5-6 days for the rest of the country
Occasionally a package will get held up with India Post. If you think there has been a problem with your delivery please check their website using your tracking number, or send an email to email@example.com and we will investigate.
